Portland, OR indie Folk/Pop artist, Mere Magic (aka Meredith Trosper), is celebrating the release of her new album, Meredith, at The Lyons Den in Seaside featuring special guest, Joshua High, on guitar. After nearly a decade working behind the scenes in the Hollywood entertainment machine, Meredith traded the bright lights of Los Angeles for a life less scripted. What followed was a wild ride through foreign classrooms, underground music scenes, international adventures and a search for something she couldn’t quite put into words.

Somewhere between teaching English, navigating foreign cultures and picking up her ukulele, Meredith discovered that music wasn’t just something she loved – it was the thing that made her feel most alive. These experiences shine through on her debut album and passionate live performances which take listeners on a captivating and heartfelt journey of love, loss and redemption.
