Australia born singer-songwriter and Nashville recording artist, Kara Grainger, is bringing her infectious, distinctly modern take on Blues, Roots and Soul music to The Lyons Den in Seaside. Featuring delicately crafted originals and impressive slide guitar work, Kara exudes the raw soul and musicianship of pioneers like Bonnie Raitt and Susan Tedeschi, but in a style all her own.

Kara’s latest album, That’s How I Got To Memphis, was recorded at the legendary Royal Studios in Memphis with Grammy-winning producer Lawrence “Boo” Mitchell and members of the iconic Hi Rhythm Section.
